Job description
Provide functional BA support on transition / transformation and BAU related activities for the People team in the ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM module Must have 7+ years of experience Liaise, collaborate and lead conversations between various departments and teams to gather and review business requirements / questions / issues Provide support on preparation and facilitation of train the trainer material and the delivery of train the trainer sessions as required Strong communication (verbal and written) skills to support the conversations with the function by translating technical language to functional language and vice versa Support the development team by providing functional guidance and direction, conduct unit testing and plan for implementation of new functionality or upgrades to the instance Support the planning for user acceptance testing, including functional engagement where needed and completing UAT as required Assess options for process improvement and provide suggestions / recommendations while collaborating with the ServiceNow Functional Lead and technical teams Maintain ServiceNow Functional HRSD documentation Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams for the support and delivery of projects Collaborate with various Information Technology and business stakeholder groups to ensure deployed solutions meet all agreed upon criteria Troubleshoot, log and support testing on any potential HRSD technical issues Proactive, responsive and focused on anticipating future requirements and/or issues Recover quickly after change, disruptions, or mistakes and can remain productive and focused. Is adaptable and can apply lessons learned in one situation to another situation Provide reporting and analytics support for ServiceNow HRSD module including user experience analytics dashboards as well as performance analytics and basic reporting
