Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with a proven track record in architectural design and project management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD and well-versed in Revit. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion, ensuring timely execution by maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD and demonstrate proficiency in Revit.
• In-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligent communication with necessary stakeholders for timely execution.
• Conduct frequent quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Experience in building design, airport projects, railways, institutional planning, and master planning.
• Follow up on projects from inception to actual execution.
• Prepare technical drawings and manage a team of BIM architects.
• Ability to work on fast-paced, large-scale projects.
• Create, present, and implement design concepts according to client needs.
• Interact with clients, understand requirements, and prepare technical drawings.
• Prepare client presentations with products, technical details, and recommendations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum qualification: B. Arch or M. Arch.
• Proven experience managing a team of architects and delivering projects independently.
• Aptitude for design and command over 3D software.
• Sensitive eye towards detail in project execution.
• Willingness to relocate to Surat Railway Station, Prayagraj Railway Station, Jammu, Udaipur, and New Delhi (Head Office).
