Job description

Required Experience:

20 Years

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields • Previous experience working as an HR Director for a considerable number of years • Collaborate with senior management for crafting the organization’s vision and strategy • Strong experience in handling all key HR functions – Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development • Establish and implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement • Evaluate departmental procedures to streamline and/or automate processes, improve customer service, reduce paper-flow, and improve human resources data management; plan and implement changes as required. • Directly participate in executive planning and decision making; should provide broad administrative leadership • In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource processes, employment legislation, labour law and legal regulations • Re-engineering processes for ensuring maximum efficiency • Experience in planning, developing and implementing effective HR strategies • Manage organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity • Identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources • Demonstrate ability to use data and statistics to solve real-world HR problems • Continually strives to improve all HR processes and programs, identify and implement new ones, including career development, employee benefits, and other processes • A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality • Excellent leadership and management qualities • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Human Resources Certification is a plus
