Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Knowledge of the advertising industry and marketing trends
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
