Job description
A Technical Support Analyst should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with limited supervision from others. Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the analytics team members and begin to lead the tier two support efforts with intermediate complexity.
Perform The Following Responsibilities At An Intermediate Level - Deliver assigned tasks/projects and tickets (as applicable) on time and to the defined quality standards.
- Demonstrate product competency and ability to implement best practices, share this knowledge with colleagues and customers.
- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders/partners (as applicable) to ensure work priorities and stakeholder deliverables are scoped,metor escalated.
- Analyze,researchand resolve complex issues both independently and through interaction with clients, colleagues and other departments.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of company processes.
- Independently provide solution design, configuration, testing and documentation activities to internal stakeholders to ensure governance standards are adhered to.
- Flexible work hours to support 24/7 client coverage. (somepositions may require a different working pattern).
Technical / L2
- Collaboratively provide solution design, configuration, testing and documentation to clients using products.
- Assist clients with the deployment and configurationof productsin a variety of client-hosted environments.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting deployment and environmental issues in their network environments.
