As part of our commitment to expanding our presence and impact, we are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Indore area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the Indore territory. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital management, and distributors. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the Indore area to identify opportunities for growth and increase market share. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities. - Coordinate with the marketing team to tailor promotional activities and product launches for the local market. - Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines during all operations. - Manage and report on sales performance, forecasting, and territory expenses to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. An MBA is an advantage. - Proven sales experience in the medical device sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably with exposure to stents and balloons. - Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and market dynamics in Indore and surrounding areas. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and drive sales performance. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback. - Proficiency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of local dialects is a plus. - Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
