Position: - COE (Cloud Security)
Grade- 11-15 of experience. Location-Bangalore/ Pune/ Hyd/ Noida/ Mumbai Mandatory Skill-Knowledge on CSPM, CWPP, Cloud Native security controls of all hyperscale's Objective Tech Mahindra is growing its Cybersecurity team and is currently seeking Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CoE) Leads for various CoE solutions Tracks to join our growing Technology practice. Reporting to the Global Head Solutions CoE, Presales & Alliance Function. This person will provide Cybersecurity engineering, solutions and services incubation across a range of activities globally. The ideal candidate would have experience applying frameworks to Cybersecurity, information security management, and IT controls. Candidate Experience & Expectations We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, proactive, results oriented, and adaptable. We are looking for candidates who want to drive a Cybersecurity set of offerings and assist with leading Tech Mahindra’s cyber portfolio and drive the development of next-generation service offerings and partnerships. Each Initiative, engagement represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people and will involve a range of responsibilities to include: · Create cybersecurity innovations/technical solutions/IPs / Services that address market/customer needs/opportunities or problems · Create and deliver white papers, presentations and demos in support of client or prospective client meetings, industry events, conferences, etc. · Support COE infrastructure/process/knowledge management · Knowledge of relevant OEM solutions and tools and Joint IP/solution development with OEM Partners. Create Best practices for solutioning, documentation and delivery/presales engagements. · Lead the Cybersecurity offerings and lead the effort to become Consulting partners in Security Engineering. · Respond to RFPs and Opportunities for new, next gen solutions and Own Build Solution IPs. · Be Customer facing and lead solution proposal defense. Qualifications: * Understands general IT and security controls development, compliance readiness, and technical security architecture/ design/ development/ implementation. * Recognized security professional certification (CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GSEC, GIAC, etc.) (preferred)* Interest in being involved internally and growing a business (entrepreneurial spirit)* Ability to travel (up to 30%) and to work independently * Ability to assist with Business Development / Sales opportunities related to Cybersecurity * Experience working in an Agile environment. * Excellent leadership, peer management, and communication skills * Management consulting experience (preferred)* Bachelor's degree Interested candidates can send me your resume at [email protected]Job tags
