Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and C#. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding our clients' business requirements, designing tailored CRM solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, sales workflows, and requirements for CRM solutions.Design and architect customized Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with clients' business needs and objectives.Develop, configure, and customize CRM entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards using Dynamics 365 CRM and C#.Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems or applications, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, or third-party plugins.Customize and extend CRM functionality using plugins, workflows, and JavaScript to address specific business requirements.Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for CRM customization, configuration, and development.Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate clients on how to use effectively and maximize the value of their CRM solution.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects on time and within budget.Participate in the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of CRM solutions to ensure quality and reliability.Stay up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools for CRM development and implementationRequirements : Key Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM developer or consultant.Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM development, configuration, and customization using C#,.NET, and JavaScript.Experience with CRM customization tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power Apps.Knowledge of CRM architecture, data model, and security model in Dynamics 365 CRM.Experience with integration technologies and protocols such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and OAuth.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively and stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 CRM development or implementation (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, or Power BI.Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP CRM.Experience with version control systems such as Git or TFS.Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles, preferably in the CRM domain.Knowledge of industry-specific CRM solutions or verticals (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service).Active participation in the Dynamics 365 CRM community, including forums, user groups, and conferences.
