Department:  International Business /Exports

Job Location: Janakpuri, Delhi

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Designation: Assistant Manager

Must have International Sales experience (any two at least):  African marke t , European market, Latem market, APAC Market

Must be from  Medical Device products background &  Hospital Surgical products (Sutures, Staplers, Mesh, Hemostat, other Medical & Surgical products)

 

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing plans for various medical product categories, aligning strategies with company goals and target markets.

· Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competition, informing marketing strategies and product positioning.

· Build more customers for the company by following marketing and promotion strategies that help the company achieve its goals and targets.

· Lead the international marketing team, providing clear direction, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Content, and Event Assessment, to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive event participation.

· Build and maintain relationships with key industry associations, distributors, partners, and our customers.

· Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the success of our company and identify areas for improvement.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in international marketing to drive continuous innovation and competitive advantage.

· Take the lead in crisis assessment related to marketing activities and devise contingency plans when necessary.

· Represent the company in international events, conferences, and tradeshows to build brand visibility and explore potential partnerships.

 

Education and Experience

· B. Sc. Biomedical or BE-Bio Medical or B. Pharma + MBA (Sales and Marketing)

· Good at basic computer functionality PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

· Analytical ability to different website of customers and lead generations
