1. Onboarding the new hires
2. Induction of new hires
3. Offboarding employees
4. Letter Drafting (Terminations,warning, Amendments, Etc)
5. HR Payroll
6. Maintaining Attendance of employees
7. Maintaining HRMS Software
8. Uploading & MaintainingEmployee Database
9. Admin work
10. Attendance & Leave TrackerManagement for employees.
11. Additional work as per request.
12. Prepare reports and presentationson HR-related metrics
* Provide support to employees invarious HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve anyissues that may arise
* Ensure consistent application of HRpolicies and procedures throughout the APAC region.
*Stayabreast of changes in labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practicesaccordingly.
