Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 per month and incentives of 7% to 15%

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Job Type: Full-time, 6-day week

Lorven Property Consulting is involved in specialized services like sale/ purchase/ leasing properties across India. They provide solutions in Property Planning and Management, Real Estate Advisory and Leasing. They create customized integrated solutions for business space users, specialized in all aspects of a client's real estate needs, from choosing the right office space (or) property to fulfilling legal obligations, – end to end solutions, which are streamlined and tailor made to meet specific business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with leads provided by the company through proactive outbound phone calls to introduce Lorven's properties and services.
  • Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits with clients, upon completion of the site visit, seamlessly transfer the client to the Business Development Executive (BDE) for the continuation of the sales process.
  • Follow up with clients after site visits to gather feedback, address concerns, and facilitate the next steps in the sales process.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
