Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Operations: Railing Business at Kich Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., located in Rajkot. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all operations that support the railing business of Kich Architectural Products. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the leadership team to optimize customer experiences and optimize processes for increasing efficiency. The role will be responsible for driving and leading the continuous improvement programs of the railing business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations & Project management, with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement culture
• Experience in a manufacturing company is a must, with an emphasis on high-end consumer products, especially for construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to create and develop metrics for measuring operational improvements, efficiencies and results
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
