We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone.

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques. Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone to introduce our services and explain the benefits
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and answer any questions
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in telesales or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO concepts is a plus
