Position : Senior Software Engineer/ Tech Lead Experience : 5-10 years and 10-14 years Location : Hyderabad Mode : Hybrid Notice period : immediate to 30 days

Job Description: Updating MS Exchange 2013 Server with latest patch released by Microsoft. Performing Maintenance, Migration, Patching, Backup restore & Implementation of Exchange Policies. Used to create Bulk users mailbox creation/deletion/attribute modification using PowerShell and GUI. Creating Distribution group / Dynamic DL creation/ Adding members. Handling email slowness issues, Server error, Mailbox various error Mailbox migration from existing Database to another Mailbox migration from exchange to O365 Mail routing troubleshooting, mail tracking, NDR. Configuring E-mail Address Policy and Transport rule as per Organization requirement and management Hands on Email Migration requests and Incidents too Active Directory knowledge. Monitoring of MS-Exchange Server Monitoring Mails Queue for inbound and outbound Customer handling experience on technical issue is desired Email flow knowledge and troubleshooting. Creating resource mailboxes/ GAL contact Shared mailbox permission knowledge MFCMAPI Knowledge Outlook issues
