Our proprietary naturoponic farming approach ensures maximum nutrition and health benefits by using RO water, non-GMO seeds, and no soil. We are based in Indore and are currently operational in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, with plans to expand to newer geographies soon.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Executive for garlic and potatoes at Gourmet Garden's Indore location. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as procurement of garlic and potatoes, contract negotiation, and communication. They will work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality produce to our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing
• Contacts with local farmers, vendors.
• Excellent Communication Skills to liaise with vendors and suppliers
• Experience with Procurement and Contract Negotiation
• Recruiting and Supplier Management Skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Agri business or related field
