SNS Groups & Institutions is Looking for: As a
Product Manager , your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and management of our company's products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, student interns, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful execution of product development plans.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product quality and user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
This Role Requires: - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategy with business goals.
Setup: - Location of Work: Hybrid with Coimbatore
- Work Timing: Flexible time to work with the team+ student Interns and focus on delivery timeline
Technical Skills required: - Handson Experience in Product Development, Design Thinking
- Any Product management certification (e.g., CPM, CPO, PCPM, CIL, NPDP, APM) is mandatory
Optional:-- Knowledge about Data Structures, Algorithm, Java/Python (MERN or MEAN Stack), Git, Devops, Low Code (Figma/Bubble/Framer/FlutterFlow)
- Worked in Cloud, Testing, Security, AI/Data Science/LLM, Automation (BPM)
Social Skills required:
- AMBITIOUS & Strong in character for individual & team work with leadership capability/Entrepreneurial mindset
