Job description

• Desktops, Notebooks basic trouble shooting.
• Operating System Installation, Support, Upgrade for Desktops, Notebooks.
• Performance Monitoring and Enhancement.
• Move/ Add/ Change/ Up gradation/New Installation of Application Software and Hardware
Support.
• Basic LAN / Network related Support.
• Help Desk support & management.
• Printer Support.
• Non-Comprehensive Support for IT Equipment's.
• Vendor Management.
• Needs to have a sound knowledge of Windows OSMicrosoft Office Applications.
• Good English Communication.
• Basically he will be responsible for Desktop/Laptop activity, & Mail application like outlook express.
• Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details with Service Report.
• Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.
