Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Pharmacist at NCH Hospital in Ahmedabad. The Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medication and compounding medications for patients. They will also provide drug information and monitor the therapeutic efficacy and toxicity of medication regimens ordered for patients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Pharmacy, Medicine, and Pharmacy Practice
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Care and Compounding
• Ability to analyze and interpret prescriptions and medical orders
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accurate records
• Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Gujarat
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
