We have urgent hiring for leading manufacturing Company

Designation – Officer/ Sr. Officer

Location: Pune ,maharashtra

Responsibilities:

1. Booking of collection entries from Customers ( Export and Domestic ), Issue and Booking of Debit Note / Credit Note to customers, Customer Reconciliation and obtaining Balance Confirmations from Customers
2. Full Export Documentation for LC and Non LC customers, application for MEIS License and follow up for Duty drawback etc.
3. Monthly revolarisation of export transactions
4. Monthly provisions for transactions related to customers including expenses related to Export and Export freight
5. Tracking and continuous follow up of customer dues and overdue.
6. Preparation of Monthly Sales MIS.
7. Sound knowledge of SAP ( SD and Finance Module)
8. Monitor and preparation of Daily/Monthly cash flow & Treasury Management.
9. Knowledge of Letter of credit related to Customers (Domestic and Exports) and Suppliers (Domestic and Imports) along with Documentation and necessary accounting entries.
10. Submission of Monthly and Quarterly Statements to banks.
