Looking for multiple positions in insurance sector !
Roles: - Recruit, train and lead a team of life insurance advisors. Acquire and achieve business targets through the team of advisors from open market and own network. - Support allocated advisors through training and joint sales calls - Identify and meet new customers, provide them need-based life insurance solutions - Adhere to sales processes & expected documentation, use sales technology as required - Support advisors in collecting renewal premiums and solve their problem - Ensure quality business through the right sales practices, minimize business risk Required : - Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream - 2 - 4 years in sales of Insurance/ Mutual Fund/ CASA/ Investments/ Loans/ Real Estate. Age: 23 to 38 Years - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently, able to work under pressure, multi-tasking
