Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products .You will be the first point of contact for customers, assist in onboarding, resolving issues and enable customers to derive significant value

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding: Help new customers get started with our product by providing guidance and support through the onboarding process.
  2. Customer Support: Address customer queries, concerns via email or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Customer Health reviews : Engage with customer sponsors & stakeholders via monthly business reviews, uncover areas of improvement & help them derive more value from their Hatica investment
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of the product in-order to communicate its features and benefits to customers.
  5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the product development team.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a computer science or relevant field.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  3. Quick Learner: Ability to grasp product knowledge and learn new tools and systems quickly.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Training and Development:

As a fresher in this role, you will receive on-the-job training, shadowing opportunity and guidance to help you succeed in your responsibilities. You will have opportunities for continued growth within the company as you gain experience and demonstrate your ability to contribute to the success of our customers.
