Job description
Role and Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.- Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Technical Skills :- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects using Zigbee technology- Strong programming skills in C- In-depth knowledge of Zigbee architecture and protocols- Experience in implementing Zigbee mesh networks for industrial/IoT applications- General knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Desired Skills :- Embedded Linux development experience- Knowledge of C++/Python development- Experience with RTOS development (ref:hirist.tech)
