HR Manager - 5+ years experience - Pharmaceutical

Seeking: Human Resources Manager

Location: South Eastern Suburbs

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Experience level: 5+ years of experience

· Seeking an individual, ideally with 5+ years of experience that has strong recruitment, employee relations and performance management experience

The role:

Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Stakeholders on all operational HR related initiatives and issues. With a key focus on recruitment, employee relations and performance management as well as maximising employee engagement across the workforce you will be able to communicate and coach at all levels, be a self-starter, demonstrate strong problem solving and project management skills and have been previously exposed to all aspects of HR.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance

· Provide successful resourcing solutions; ensure the quality of staffing to meet the resource requirements of the business

· Assist Managers with quality support and advice on how best to manage their team to maintain and improve our working environment and culture

· Deliver successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, consult regarding employee relations issues which comply with local employment laws

· Monitor operational HR policies, systems and procedures across the organization

· Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements:

· Degree level qualification in HR or an undergraduate degree in another field with a qualification in Human Resource Management

· A minimum of 5 years of HR experience

· Demonstrated experience in the execution of HR activities and deliverables within recruitment, employee relations and performance management

· Excellent attitude, interpersonal and communication skills

· Team leadership experience is favourable

· Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
