This role is critical for the growth of highly sustainable and customer focused vertical of enterprise merchants
The role will lead the most premium deals for the organization and will have full ownership for the deals from end to end
Candidate must be comfortable in managing large deals from end to end keeping GO-Win and collaborative attitude
Effectively employ and manage all the cycles of the deal keeping the larger targets in mind
Drive the on-boarding of new customers and initiates customer interaction focused alliances
Able to think and assimilate market variables for enterprise segment at macro level and efficiently execute deals at micro level
Looking for a strategic mindset with ability to understand client s business and mange relationships with CXO suite
Hustling mindset with ability to quickly grasp and learn new processes will help candidate to out-
perform in this role
Selling and delivering multi-year contracts with upsell and cross sell solutions enabling clients
This role will be more like solution consultant rather than just sales. A large part of the relationships will be drive through strategic alliances and client relying on us as a consultant not just a payment processor
Candidate must be comfortable in accurately forecasting opportunities, managing a strong robust pipeline and in accurately forecasting revenue and other growth variables as per the organisations vision
Influence the internal teams to provide best in class support to the clients while on-boarding
Other requirements:
Strong sales acumen related to handling of clients meetings (Virtual and physical both), presentations, and ability to get our deal prioritised in the clients overall agenda/KPIs
High level of problem solvingskills and ability to think outside the box
Project management skills with strong sense of prioritization
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong interest in the digital payments space and the opportunities it creates for clients and the end customers
Experience of managing and influencing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver
commercial goals
Ability to drive a collaborative culture with key cross functional stakeholders
Ability to travel across major metros in India and globally if required
Must be articulative and expressive in English
Basic Qualification and professional traits:
5+ years of experience in sales, strategic alliances, business development, or account management
MBA with decent academic records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong ability to convince through logic & facts
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment and capable of getting things done in both remote/in office scenarios
