We have an urgent requirement for 'Manager (Planning & Coordination Spare parts)' position in our client company for Raipur Location

Role:  Manager (Planning & Coordination Spare parts)
Department: Procurement & Supply Chain
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Work Location- Raipur(C.G)
Education- BE Mechanical
Experience-8-10 Years
Direct Reporting to Management
Industry Background- Steel,Power Plant,Cement,Mining,Automobile,Chain manufacturing & industry which involves Fabrication, Forming,Machining in CNC/VMC machines, Heat Treatment, Testing & Final Assembly.


Salary-50-60K

●Lead the Team of Spare Parts and Service
●Ability to organize and plan the initial requirements of Spare parts department
●Demand planning & forecasting strategies
●Inventory management by proper implementation of stock ratio
●Inventory Management: Maintain optimal spare parts inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock and associated costs.
●Supplier Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable flow of spare parts, negotiating favorable terms, and resolving any supply chain issues.
●Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand, track inventory turnover, and identify areas for process improvement within the spare parts logistics chain.
●Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee that spare parts meet required standards and specifications.
●Collaboration with other Departments: Coordinate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to align spare parts logistics with overall business goals.
●Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to the transportation and storage of spare parts.
●Continuous Improvement: Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the spare parts logistics process.
●Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in spare parts delivery.

Requirements:
●8-10 years of spare parts Planning,Coordination & management experience
●Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
●Proficient Microsoft Excel skills,Mail Drafting
●Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
●Strong leadership, organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
