Job Description

Interface with digital products user communities, focus groups, development teams and technology resources. Define technology project scope and objectives and formulate systems business strategies. This role also requires managing and leading cross functional project teams

Job Responsibilities

  • Defining tech requirements for BAU support and new initiatives
  • Lead regional technology projects and programs
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying issues / blockers and writing improved procedures
  • Monitor and participate project progress activities by tracking and resolving issues
  • Prepare technical reports for regional BAU operations
  • Validate technology resource requirements and develop cost estimate models

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 12 years' experience managing technology Hospitality, or Customer Service platforms
  • Familiar with Use Case development, workflow design and process engineering
  • Bachelor's Degree technology discipline
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work manage and lead teams and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Familiar with Project Management Methodologies
  • Agile Scrum methodology
  • Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, MS Teams, Jira, Figma
  • Microsoft Access and/or SQL
