Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager responsible for leading and managing our Online Sales Platform. They will be responsible for:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
• Manage product listings and inventory handling
• Handle end-to-end fulfilment of all orders received on our website and other marketplaces
• Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
• Implement strategies to minimize order errors and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members
• A basic understanding of E-Commerce businesses
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
