Job Title: Telesales Representative - Evening shift
Job timings: 5:30pm - 1:30am
[Employees will receive a monthly conveyance allowance of Rs. 4,000.] Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Duties And Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential clients, generate leads, and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information to clients about our company's products and services.
- Manage and update customer information in the company's database.
- Follow up with clients and keep them informed about any updates or changes.
- Provide feedback to the sales team about client needs and concerns.
- Ensure that all client inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement new strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
Qualifications And Requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in at least two Indian languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven work experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer literacy and willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
Education And Experience - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
