JOB DESCRIPTION: A) Duties and Responsibilities : (1) Statutory duties under MMR 1961
(2) Supervision and ensure work execution as per safety standards
(3) To meet the required quality & quantity of LST
(4) To ensure the feeding of limestone as per blend plan
(5) To maintain the ABOE culture in mines operation
JOB SPECIFICATION: Qualification Experience Essential Skills Desirable Skills Yrs. Nature of Experience Dip./BE (Mining) with Foreman certificate of competency (R)
Above 8 years
Exposure of working in large opencast mining, preferably surface mining.
Exposure to manpower management, statutory compliances related to DGMS. Exposure for shift operation & SAP working.
- Production & quality planning
- HEMM & Manpower management
- Quality management experience
- Knowledge on mining legislation
Knowledge of PP & MM Module, Basic MS Office Skills, Communication to influence and engage
B) Goals / KRA to be assigned : 1. Zero Incident in area of control & to ensure
2. To achieve desired Production and 100% safety compliance of mining safety standard productivity of HEMM
3 To enter reports/SAP entries for management review.
4. To monitor/supply limestone quality & quantity as per plant requirement
5 To implement ABOE in the area of control.
