Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as CFO at Nirvana Realty. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, monitoring financial performance, conducting financial analysis and reporting, liaising with auditors and other stakeholders, and overseeing all financial aspects of Nirvana Realty.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Finance skills
• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience overseeing financial operations, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and auditing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (such as CPA, CMA, or CFA) is preferred
• Experience with real estate development and construction would be an advantage
