About Sattva Life Foods Private Limited
Sattva is a fast-growing health food startup based in Hyderabad. Sattva operates 3 brands –
1.Hapup (@hello.hapup): that focus on millets based foods for Kids
2. BeWild Coffee (@bewild.life): specialty coffee
3. BeWild Produce (@bewild.life ) wild organic produce from Beforest Farms
Sattva is incubated at the esteemed Indian Institute of Millet Research, Hyderabad and Indian
Institute of Management- Bangalore, NSRCEL and was one of the top 5 startups in the Stanford
Seed Spark Program and has won a central government grant for our efforts in Agri-

To strengthen company's revenues through sales and brand recognition by planning, directing and
implementing sales strategies and programs to penetrate the market.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Sales
A. Events & Exhibitions
• Identify events and exhibitions that will be suitable for the growth of the company
• Plan and coordinate event participation

• Consolidate Data received from events
• Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on Event ROI.
B. B2B Channels
• Use various online & offline databases and personal connections to generate leads of
B2B partners for each product line
• Visits potential clients and present the products and collaboration ideas
• Make proposals
• Negotiate the deals
• Close orders
C. Modern Trade Channel
• Use various online & offline databases and personal connections and conduct market
visits to generate leads of retail stores to stock our products.
• Make proposals
• Negotiate the tie – up deals
• Regularly visit the stores for checking the status along with Operations team
• Guide the store team to sell our products
D. Online Sales Channels
• Identify right online channels as per the product line for the right product market fit
• Negotiate deals and close
• Regularly follow up for receiving new orders
E. White Labelling
• Use various online & offline databases and personal connections to generate leads of
brands willing to purchase our products
• Make proposals
• Negotiate the tie – up deals
• Regularly follow up for receiving new orders
Enquiry Management
• Respond to enquiries received from all channels – online and offline
• Solve customer queries about the products
• Finalize the orders
• Share the order details with the Operations Team
• Inform the customer who will communicate with them for dispatch details
Customer Engagement
• Speak to clients for collect their feedback about the products
• Collect testimonial videos

• Keep updates about competitor products and services and share information about the
same to Management team thereby resulting in product development/sales strategy
