Job description

Responsibilities

. Should be having understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework.
. Manage the team of analysts who support end user's IT tickets and act as SME for them.
. Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.
. Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

. Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements.
. Experience in Asset management & IT Supplier Management.
. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
. Should be experienced in handling various IT audits - ISO20K, 27K etc
