Lead Engineer, Customer Quality Assurance About the job “Lead Engineer, Customer Quality Assurance” is a member of SEDEMAC’s Quality Assurance team. The primary role of the candidate is to perform product inspection and process validation at SEDEMAC, while coordinating with customer for specific requirements review & implementation. The member should be able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation. Major Responsibilities 1. Highly Electronics technical and Engine control units technical units know how. 2. Automotive products knowledge 3. Customer communication 4. IATF 16949 knowledge 5. QMS knowledge 6. Customer compliant handling 7. Manage third party/ customer audits 8. IATF Core tools knowledge 9. Problem solving tools 8D, FTA etc 10. Knowledge of Electronics products manufacturing 11. Team management 12. Presentation skills 13. Well verse with automotive industry culture 14. RCA Desired Technical skills • QC tools • 8'D • CAPA Desired Soft skills • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work with a cross-functional team. • Sense of ownership and urgency when working in the company. • Strong sense of ethics Education Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Experience Experience 5-9 years About SEDEMAC At its core, SEDEMAC is the coming together of talented engineers with the zeal for development and large-scale deployment of innovative control technologies & products.
