Your Mission

  • The Deal Hub Consultant is responsible for managing/processing all parts of account management for UiPath. Providing sensible and accurate information to UiPath's customers. Work in partnership with sales, customers and a collection of internal teams - Finance, Accounting, Legal to achieve company success.
  • Offering full support to our Enterprise Sales team to help increasing the number of clients
  • Updating and maintaining the UiPath CRM system, experience with Salesforce.com is desirable
  • End-to-End Order Management
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Helping in Order to Cash process with licensing to ensure timely booking.
  • Helping customers with first level of support licensing and activating related.
  • Helping Go to Market team in licensing related requests.
  • Initiating or participating in process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do At UiPath

  • Verbal and written fluency in English & Japanese.
  • 2-5Years experience into Sales Operation.
  • Quick and accurate computer skills, experience with MS Excel, ideally also Salesforce
  • Strong communication, partnering and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Willing to work in night shifts.

  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with spreadsheet and other office tools.

  • Staying engaged in continuous learning, by developing and maintaining knowledge of the processes, products and services being offered.
  • Ability to use knowledge of a specific process, product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate team.
  • Previous experience in a customer/sales service role is desirable.
