Position: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Engage with international customers via voice calls to understand their needs, provide information, and address their queries. Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate and assist customers. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards when handling customer interactions. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team for continuous improvement of processes and customer service. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the international customer service process. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Qualifications: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.
