Field Sales Associate

We are looking for a competitive Business Development Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close field sales to achieve quotas. Your job as a Business Development Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
  • Identifying potential customers in the designated regions.
  • Meeting clients to understand their needs and offering suitable products/services.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
