Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Service Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Service Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, managing teams, communicating with customers, and organizing service operations.
Qualifications
- Electrical/Mechanical Diploma Engineer
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and customer service skills
- Experience in team management and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the packaging, processing, or manufacturing industry is preferred
