As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities: • Warmly welcome and greet clients, visitors, and employees. • Direct them to the appropriate person or department and provide information as needed. • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails. • Assist with inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner. • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and reservations. • Maintain and update appointment calendars. • Provide administrative support by managing office supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing front desk area. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. • Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors. • Monitor and control access to the premises. • Enforce security procedures and ensure the safety of the facility. • Maintain accurate records and databases. • Update and manage client information as necessary.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Professional appearance and demeanor.
