Job description

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and objectives for team members.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance sales performance.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Regularly evaluate the sales team's performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Operations:

Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and conversions.
Review and approve sales proposals and contracts to meet company guidelines and standards.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.
Budget Management:

Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales budget effectively.
Ensure that sales expenses are within budgetary guidelines and in line with revenue forecasts.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance the sales process.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to develop the team's sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
