Job description

Job Summary:

The Sales Head for IVF is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in a dynamic and competitive market focused on In Vitro Fertilization products and services. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and staying informed about industry trends. The Sales Head IVF should have a deep understanding of the IVF market, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to drive sales growth effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the IVF market. Set clear, achievable revenue targets and sales objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance the team's performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Stay updated on the latest advancements in IVF technology and services. Train the sales team on product knowledge and industry developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, fertility clinics, and other relevant institutions. Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Educational Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree Min 10years of experience in IVF or Child & Mother care specialty Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performance sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of IVF products, services, and industry trends. Ability to analyse data and market information to make informed business decisions. Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
