Blis is looking for a Senior Financial Analysis
In this position, you will be an integral part of the supply team, optimising supply, and maximising financial performance
This role will have high visibility within the organization where you will play a key role in measuring, monitoring and optimizing the health of supply whilst maximising revenue and cost opportunities
In this capacity, you will also help define KPI s for global margin, negotiate with suppliers, and advise the business on profit opportunities
This role would suit candidates from backgrounds in financial analysis, programmatic supply or programmatic ad operations
This will be a global role reporting into the Group Finance Director

Afternoon shift : 2 pm - 10 pm IST (Mon -Fri)

Key responsibilities

Partner with operations and sales to enhance the rate card and price optimizations needed to ensure continued new bookings, client success and delivery of internal margin targets
Review daily supply optimisations and opportunities to drive Blis Exchange revenue growth
Prepare in depth analysis of revenue and cost opportunities and present these to management along with key recommendations
Work with SSPs, Publishers and Exchanges to negotiate annual deals, as well as PMP pricing opportunities to buy quality inventory and preferential prices
Partner with the supply and finance teams to ensure efficient media CPMs, infrastructure costs, and margin optimisation

Skills and requirements

5 + years of progressive analytics experience. Industry experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent communicator, across multiple levels/functions with the ability to drive action
Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, experience with financial analysis, forecasting and modeling
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, V-Look ups, Pivot tables, Index Matching
Excellent time management skills with a focus on execution, ability to juggle multiple and proven ability to do both tactical work and set an overall strategy with group initiatives
Analytical mindset, with an ability to turn analytical insight into meaningful action
