Job Description
Role: Apparel/Garment Designer for Kids Wear
Job Responsibilities - Fashion Forecast & Trend Analysis:
- Identification of themes & mood board presentation from research and forecasting.
- Planning and preparing internal production calendar
- Competitive study and products/designs benchmarking.
- Design Presentation:
- Planning and approvals on design range.
- Seeking Designs approvals
- Maintaining parity between forecast presentation & the collection with regards to colors, themes, and details.
- Conducting the presentation on trends, colors & fabrics to convey stories and themes of the collection in tandem with the option plan.
- Procurement and Vendor Management:
- a) Sourcing of new fabrics, trims, and accessories as per the approved designs.
- b) Preparing POs and outsourcing production to various vendors. Cost negotiation.
- c) Managing and coordinating with various vendors for the timely delivery of goods
- d) Ensuring products quality

Trend Forecasting, Design, Fashion Designing, Kids Apparel Designing.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience-
Any Graduate in Fashion Designing. Min 2-5 years of experience.
