Job Title: Technical Product Manager - CX/UI/UX

Years of Experience: 6-10 years

Role Summary:

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the user experience (CX/UI/UX) enhancements within our SaaS product suite while spearheading key initiatives in AI/ML, RPA, Mobility, Integration Platforms, IR 4.0, and Generative AI. You'll bridge the gap between customer needs, engineering excellence, and emerging technological opportunities. This role requires strong collaboration skills, technical acumen, and a strategic mindset to propel our product and engineering teams toward innovative solutions.

What will you do

• CX/UI/UX Leadership: Drive the vision and execution of user-centric design strategies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints of the SaaS product.
• AI/ML, RPA, and Technology Initiatives: Lead key technology initiatives including AI/ML, RPA, Mobility, Integration Platforms, IR 4.0, and Generative AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and implement these advancements within the product roadmap.
• Engagement and Analysis: Conduct thorough customer, analyst, and competition analysis. Leverage insights to guide engineering teams, aligning product development with market demands and emerging trends.
• Partnership Collaboration: Engage with partners to gather requirements and insights for product enhancement. Foster strong relationships to drive collaborative product development efforts.
• Communication and Leadership: Effectively communicate product strategies, initiatives, and updates to engineering teams. Lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and excellence.

What is expected from an individual

• Proven experience (6-10 years) in technical product management within the SaaS industry, with a focus on CX/UI/UX enhancements.
• Demonstrated success in leading Product management areas for AI/ML, RPA, Mobility, Integration Platforms, IR 4.0, and Generative AI initiatives, integrating them into product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer, market, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise between engineering, design, and business teams.
• Track record of driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
