Responsibilities:

We seek a talented and passionate content writer to join our growing HR technology startup. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience of HR professionals and business leaders.

- Develop and implement content strategy for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials
- Write engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other forms of content that educate and inform potential customers
- Writing case studies and success stories showcasing how the technology has helped other businesses, building trust and credibility
- Conduct keyword research for optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to ensure our content appears at the top of search results for relevant keywords
- Create social media content that is relevant, shareable, and drives traffic to our website
- Writing personalized content for email outreach and marketing campaigns
- Writing scripts for promotional videos, tutorials, and explainer videos
- Creating content that addresses current trends and challenges in the HR industry, positioning Spire as a leader in innovation
- Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create effective content campaigns

Requirements:
- Master's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience writing content
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for HR technology and the future of work
