Job description
As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Senior Manager for our Life Sciences Analytics Service Line.
Key Responsibilities: Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy for the Life Sciences Analytics service line. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in commercial, medical affairs, R&D, and other relevant areas within the Life Sciences domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective client engagement, relationship management, and successful project delivery. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and position our analytics solutions to meet and exceed expectations. Work closely with Genpact sales and advisory team to push analytics solutions. Lead pricing strategies and negotiations to maximize profitability. Capability Building: Assess market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new capability development within the Life Sciences Analytics service line. Collaborate with internal teams to build and enhance analytical solutions that address evolving industry requirements. Brand Building and Thought Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive external and internal branding strategy for the Life Sciences Analytics service line. Contribute to industry thought leadership by writing whitepapers, participating in conferences, and engaging with key stakeholders. Enhance the company's reputation as a leader in Life Sciences Analytics through strategic positioning and visibility efforts. Solution Packaging for Commercialization: Work closely with the delivery and sales teams to package and tailor analytics solutions for effective commercialization. Ensure that offerings align with client needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Owner: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Life Sciences Analytics, providing deep insights and expertise to internal teams and clients. Take ownership of strategic projects, serving as the project lead and ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the completion of key milestones and deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or MBA preferred. Hands on experience in Life Sciences Analytics or a related field. Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of commercial, medical affairs, and R&D processes within the Life Sciences sector. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job tags
