As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Vivre Panels Pvt Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining the best talent to support our company's growth. Are you ready to make an impact? Key Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to identify the best fit for open positions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with external agencies, universities, and other recruitment partners as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Passion for diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
