Job Title- CUSTOMER SERVICE
Salary -32k to 38k plus incentives Shift time- 7pm to 4am 5 days working Location- THANE, WAGLE ESTATE Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in an international environment

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as per business requirements
- Knowledge of BPO industry and international customer support practices
- Experience in collections, US sales, retentions, or customer support will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Roles And Responsibilities - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Effectively communicate with international clients to understand and address their specific needs
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance and compliance
- Document customer interactions and update customer records as necessary
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and make recommendations for enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the management
