Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven technical track record in SaaS companies focussed on mobile app and development, showcasing exceptional technical & engineering skills, inter-group coordination & amp; management skills.Responsibilities :Tech Management: Lead end-to-end project for mobile app & amp; web development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Run Agile Scrums / daily standup calls, and ensure daily deliverables are tracked and completed.Collaborate with inter-departments to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.Design and Architecture: Participate in Design and Architecture, and provide leading insights into best practices for both front-end and backend.Team Management: Ability to work with teams, resolve technical dependencies, and bottlenecks that teams face, and ensure the project is on track.Team Management: Foster effective communication and collaboration among different team members.Team Management: Ensure smooth information flow between other groups and developers.Release Management: Execute release plans, manage the product releases, and coordinate efforts between frontend, backend, and testing teams.Release Management: Coordinate thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee bug-free releases.Issue Resolution and Negotiation: Proactively identify and address project issues, risks, and conflicts.Issue Resolution and Negotiation: Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and ensure the smooth progression of projects.Requirements :Overall experience should be 8+ years with a minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in technical project management.Proven track records of hands-on development in Mobile and Web technologies.Proven industry expertise in Designing/Architecting Mobile & Web Applications.Highly proficient in technologies such as iOS, Android, Angular or React, API Integration, and Database (MySql or equivalent).Proven understanding of UI/UX, frontend, backend, and business development processes.Proven understanding of Agile. SCM certification would be preferred.Must have led teams & gt; 10 people technically in projects.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
