Position: Associate Program Manager Department: Operations & QuEST Experience: 2-4 years Education: MBA with Engineering Openings: 2 Location: Gurugram

Roles and responsibilities: Plan and design programs, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions. Design quality assurance and audit processes for effective program monitoring. Collaborate with Training and Process Excellence teams for impactful training modules and SOPs. Ensure timely delivery of intermediate project objectives. Manage seamless communication with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Build an analytics layer for precise project impact measurement. Identify and intervene when projects deviate, bringing them back on track. Create reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders' visibility.
