Job description

We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of experience in either international or domestic call centers , possessing good spoken English skills. The work location will be in Thane with fixed days off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and communicate with U.S. customers in a professional manner

- Generate leads through effective sales strategies

- Work in night shifts as per the business requirements

Requirements:

- Prior experience in international inbound/outbound sales (minimum 6 months)

- Good communication skills, particularly for candidates from domestic call center backgrounds

- Minimum qualification of HSC and above
